Jill becomes ill and not only her, but all the half breeds as well. Slade is fighting to keep not only Jill alive, but Adam and Pam alive as well. They try to get permission to change the half breeds into real vampires, but the humans are scared and votes no. Slade hears rumors about giving half breeds vampire blood intravenously, because they can´t keep the blood down. Pam volunteers to give it a try, but something goes wrong and Pam is worse off than before. Everybody is fighting to fix this, and in the meantime Jill and Slade´s wedding is still happing and Jill has a plan. Getting more and more sick, Jill will apply to the Vampire Council in hopes of changing their mind, but will she make it in time?

This book was sooooo good. It had all the feels and I must say I love it
